The leading company in engawa
Japan × China Seafood
Contributing to a healthy, safe food culture.
We supply engawa and other sushi toppings to Japan's major conveyor-belt sushi chains, including Sushiro and Kura Sushi. At our plants in Qingdao, Yantai and Rizhao in Shandong, China, skilled staff cut every piece by hand under hygiene controls equivalent to Japan's, and each product is finished to the customer's own specifications.

How we supply sushi chains
Built for sushi chainsConsistent specs
Sushi toppings are sliced to 4.5 g, 5 g, 6 g, 8 g, 10 g and other weights, with size and texture matched to each customer's spec so every piece is uniform.
Raw material to finished product
Sourcing, processing, quick-freezing and cold storage are managed end to end at our own plant and our partner plants.
Double inspection
Inspectors check by sight and touch, then X-ray and metal detection run as the final step.
